 1) Grind the Radish into fine paste, add two spoons of Lemon juice, two spoons of Tomato juice mix well and apply to face. For the first 5mins you feel some itching, burning sensation no need to worry keep it for 15mins and wash with cool water. Do this daily once for 1week you will get good results.

2) 1 teaspoon of Pepper powder, 8 Neem leafs, 20grms Sandal wood powder. Mix all into fine paste , apply to face for 30mins and wash with hot water. Do this daily once for 1 week then you are free without pimples.

3) Radish juice 20ml, same quantity of Butter milk. Mix both and apply to face this make your pores fresh and avoid bacteria. If you do this you wont get pimples and if you have also they will go.

Mint leaves
Using mint leaves is the traditional solution for treating acne. Apply the mint leaves juice to your acne affected skin before sleeping at night and wash with cold water in the morning.

Mint and tuturrmeric
Mix mint juice and turmeric and apply to the skin. Leave it for 15 minutes and then rinse off with cold water.


Lavender oil
Lavender oil is the best home remedy to avoid the formation as well as cure acne. Apply the lavender oil to the acne area and leave it for 20-30 minutes or apply before going to bed.

Cucumber is the one which has the capacity to fight against acne. Apply the cucumber paste to the acne affected area. Wash with warm water after 15 minutes. Cucumber supplies vitamins to the skin and moisturizes the skin.
Mix rose water and lemon juice and apply this mixture to acne skin. Rinse off gently with cold water after 10 minutes.

Lime juice

Rose water

Fenugreekfenu leaves
Apply the paste of fenugreek leaves over the acne and wash with warm water after 30 minutes.
Tea tree oil

Apply tea tree oil to the skin that is affected by acne. This oil kills the bacteria and prevents infection that occurs due to acne and helps to control acne problem.

1.Application of cucumber juice mixed with juices of carrot or lettuce is an excellent home remedy for pimples.

2.Prepare a mixture of lemon juice and rose water in equal quantities. Apply this mixture on the affected areas and wash off with fresh water after half an hour. About 15 days application helps cure acne, pimples and scars.

4.vitamin A as well as Niacin is very effective in the treatment of Acne. Foods that are rich in such vitamins and niacin are very good for acne treatment. Spinach, broccoli, , celery, asparagus, mushrooms are some of the chief sources of niacin.

5.Crushed orange peel with water base applied on acne is effective. Face scrub made of orange peels and gram flour is also effective.

7.Garlic rubbed on the acne more than once in a day clears the rigid of the acne problems. Three pods of raw garlic eaten once a day regularly for a month cleanses the blood of all its impurities and thus help reduce and prevent acne problems. Garlic juice mixed with yogurt can also be applied. Allicin the natural antibiotic in garlic does the trick. Yogurt again contains a number of vitamins and fatty acids that helps the skin to maintain moisture but without making it oily.

8.Coriander juice to which a pinch of turmeric is added is a very effective home remedy for acne. It should be applied at night after washing the face thoroughly. It must be kept overnight.

9.An effective face pack for acne treatment - A face pack using fuller’s earth and a little portion of apple cider vinegar should be made. This paste when applied on the face is very effective remedy. If steam is applied to the face before application it is more helpful.

10.Oils such as the clove oil, oil from oregano, the tea tree oil have all anti fungal properties. When applied on the skin they combat bacterial infection and thus reduce acne.

11.One teaspoon full of cinnamon powder mixed with three tablespoons full of honey and applied over acne overnight and thereafter washed with warm water is very effective. Two weeks of treatment permanently removes and clears acne.

12.Paste of Nutmeg and unboiled milk applied to the affected area is also good.
13.Water,Chickpea flour, Almond powder
½ teaspoon Sandalwood powder
¼ teaspoon Tumeric powder
Goats milk
14.. chickpea paste:
Mix 1 teaspoon of chickpea flour with sufficient water and make into a paste.
Apply paste and wash your face with the paste. Rinse off and apply either the almond paste or sandalwood paste.
15. almond paste:
Add water to almond powder to make a paste.
Apply on face until allow it to dry on your skin for about 30 minutes. Then rinse off gently, do not peel.

16. sandalwood paste:
A healing remedy for the skin is a mix of sandalwood and tumeric powder with goat’s milk. Your face will look a little yellow due to the tumeric but only up to about 5 days to effectively ease acne.

17.Take the sandalwood and tumeric powder, and blend well with sufficient goat’s milk to make a paste.Apply on your face, rinsing it off when it dries up. 

18.· Melon facial:
At bedtime, rub some melon on the affected skin gently and leave it overnight. It’s cooling anti-pitta quality helps heal the acne while making the skin soft.

Take ½ to a teaspoon every day before sleeping.
Place on tongue and swallow with warm water.

22· Cumin-coriander-fennel tea:
Steep 1/3 teaspoon of seeds from each herb in hot water for 10 minutes, strain and its ready for drinking. three times a day after meals.

  • make a paste by mixing equal quantities of saffron, turmeric, margosa (neem), red sandalwood, basil, and fuller’s earth with buttermilk or milk. Apply twice daily.
  • Prepare a powdered mixture of coriander seeds, fennel, basil, turmeric, and Indian gooseberry (amla; amalaki) take all  in equal parts. Take ½ teaspoon of this powder 15 minutes before lunch and dinner.
  • Have 1 teaspoon of powdered Indian gooseberry fruit (amla; amalaki) in morning and evening with water.

· The pitta-pacifying diet:
Since acne is a pitta condition, follow a pitta pacifying diet. In your favour are rice, oatmeal and apple sauce. Avoid spicy food, fried food, fermented food, salt and citrus fruits like oranges and grapefruits.

· Pitta-pacifying herbs:
- kutki
- guduchi
- shatavari
Mix equal portions of these three herbs, best to start with 1 teaspoon of each.
Take ¼ teaspoon of the mixture 3 times a day after meals.

· Face relaxing exercise:
This exercise helps relax the muscles of the face and increases the blood supply. Wash hands clean and dry them. To create some warmth, rub hands together vigorously and place them over your face for a few minutes.

Another way is to rub your palms until they become warm. Then using just the centre of your palms, gently touch the eyelashes. The eyelash is intensely charged with electric and it takes the warmth and relieves the pitta under the skin that is breaking out in the form of acne.

· Moon breathing exercise:
To reduce pitta, this cooling breathing exercise requires breathing through the left nostril only for 5 to 10 minutes. Breathing through only the right is heating. Cover the right with the thumb, and breath as normal through the left. Do not force it if the nostril is blocked. Just try again later.
